Improved Operations Via Professional Mgmt

Often times one of the most neglected area of apartment management is the opportunity to trim operating expenses. Because of BME’s hands-on style of management, it is highly focused on trimming unneeded expenses from its apartment operations. Working closely with its property manager, BME performs a budget-to-actual comparison for all operating expenses on a month-, year-, and inception-to-date basis, and constantly searches for ways to lower property expenses and create additional value for its investors.
